OK, I'm starting Weekly Challenges, beginning next Monday. Go to the Challenge & Motivation Forums and post to the Weekly Challenge group.
Participants will give themselves points for:
Weight loss - 10 points per pound lost (from your previous low weight in the past 3 months).
Strength work - 1 point for every 10 reps with any weights, any strength exercise, up to 12 points per day
Cardio work - 1 point for every 10 minutes of cardio exercise (bike, walking, treadmill, etc.) up to 12 points per day
Support - 1 point for each SparkMail or Forum post supporting another member's work or attitude, maximum 5 per day
Water - 1 point if you drank at least 8 glasses of water today
Any day where your total points add up to 15 or more, add to your total your Login Bonus Spin points.
SparkGoodies will be given to weekly winner(s).
