Somehow I thought I'd be able to sink into this new program plus increase my exercise level without having any 'challenges'. Today I skipped lunch (wasn't that hungry, was busy, you know all the excuses) after working most of the morning on the kitchen and low and behold, wow. Was I dizzy.
Some water, some light yogurt....and I think I need to add some protein. I was heavy on the carbs today (for me) and clearly have gotten out of whack.
Make mental note: don't skip meals when eating a more 'normal' type of food.....apparently a half a dozen cupcakes and a candy bar keep me going longer than an english muffin and applesauce!
I can't see a light at the end of the tunnel....yet.
