April was crazy for me. I stuck to the plan but was just stalling out. Gaining and losing the same 2 pounds all month long. I was still doing what I thought I was suppose to though. So I just needed to mix it up a little more, and that seemed to do the trick.

An A- there were only a few days where I couldn't exercise as much as I wanted to. And I ate well. Am almost at my goal weight. Another 1/2 pound to go.

I spent the bigger part of the month sick....but...

weight loss---B

Definitely room for improvement...but have maintained the weight loss.

I've been making slow, but steady progress. I have been eating well, exercising and gradually losing a pound or 2 every week. I'd like at least a B+.

I have not gained weight so give me a B for that.
I did not meet my goals of exercise - D for that.
I have been MIA on most of my team - D for that.

So April is winding up. How well are you doing this month with your goals?

Me- I've maintained my goal weight another month.
I've continued to run this month even though the half marathon is weeks behind me.
Those were my main goals for the month. So I'd like an "A" please.
