6 miles of elliptical before work (45 minutes). 1 mile of elliptical during lunch (9 minutes)and hurt my knee. Switched to the stationary bike and did 5 miles (21 minutes) Chest and tricep strength training.

I spent all day yesterday trying to talk myself out of going to walk the mountain and I still managed to get out there and walk. It was only two miles and not the 3 to 3 1/2 I've been doing but I still did it.

I've started my 2nd week of yoga in the mornings. I am loving it! It is such a peaceful way to get my body woke up and working. I'm doing yoga 5 mornings and adding my run to the end of that 3 mornings out of the week.
