I have been researching "Super Foods" such as fruits veggies and grains. How they benefit you, how many categories there are and even what they are. I was wondering if we could do something like that. What do you think? I could even help you with more ideas with this or with anything that you may have in mind.

what about a fruit/veggies/grains challenege or maybe just 1 (eating enough).
