I'm taking pride in going slow. In the past I would go all out, burn out and give up. This time when I slip up I get right back on track instead of letting it ruin everything!

...Sharjoy I've been told it's a balancing act. Up the fitness or decrease the calories. You might be eating too little even. Keep journaling everything and see where something can be tweaked to get you back on track!
