I am up 5 lbs this month. We can do this!! Mindful eating and get our exercise in.
hanks ARIABOO10, that was the motivation I needed this week. Especially so close to Christmas I keep eating all the junk. But your right no one is perfect, and I need to start telling myself that I CAN keep away from the treats, or at least limit myself
I have tons of falling off the wagon moments. Best thing that helps me is reminding myself everyone messes up and just have to go slow at it again.
Just have to remind yourself that you can!
If you believe that you can or cannot than you are right!
So let's believe that we can!
A lot of people think I crash diet/ starve myself because I will go days without eating, well most don't know that my stomach is all kinds of messed up! Those days I go without eating is because I feel like hell even with a tiny nibble of food.
I think on those days I've only lost a pound! hah!
Thankfully I have not had one of those days in a while.
we CAN do this!!!!
I do not have a full proof plan but my niece and nephew and my future hubby help me. I am always looking for them to motivate me and keep me going. The kids love to play so when I feel really down, I go play with them and that movement is better than no movement.
When I need the push, the future hubby pushes me and motivated me with encouraging words and works with me. Even if its a walk, he helps.
Crash diets never work and I hope you can work this out and get this rut away from you and be wedding ready like you want.

I will be married in Aug. 2014 and be on a honeymoon shortly after in Europe.
i'm struggling to get motivated again. we're planning a fall 2013 wedding and i want to get back on track now so i'm not doing crash diets at the end. i had done so good for 2yrs and then recently, fell off the wagon and am struggling to get back on.
i need to find my inner spark again...what helps you ladies (and men) stay motivated? or get back on the wagon after a few months?
