The avocado will help with keeping your skin nice and hydrated. Good fat and tastes awesome. Banana is good, but you should only use in the morning. Keeping to low sugar juices will help you lose weight faster.

hello! so I make more of a smoothie. I juice about 4-5 leafs of kale, 1 celery stalk, 1 large cucumber, 1 medium carrot, and with a handheld blender I blend in a banana and an avocado. what do you guys think of my recipe? will it help me shed those pounds? I plan to only drink 2 to 4 cups of it a day, or 32oz at most. 2 cups in the morning, 2 cups at night. no avocado in the night drink though, can only afford one avocado a day.
