Glad you're back! I've been keeping it up best I can along with the JJ challenge. Feb 1st I'm going to start the 28day Bootcamp. I figure there'll be a lot of crossover like there was with the JJ.

I will call this the "Betty Grable" workout, because she was super inspiring to me this week. So everyday we will have 10 minutes of cardio either in the morning or evening, Four times a week we will have an additional 30 minutes of cardio, odd days, we will do 40 crunches and 40 arm exercises, your choice. even days 40 lunges and 40 squats, for those "million dollar legs". here's how we'll track it,
0/310 (morning) 0/600 (cardio) evens 0/680 squats 0/680 lunges
0/310 (morning) 0/600 (cardio) odds 0/680 crunches 0/680 arms
