I'll be posting in the betty grable workout tracking page. We'll aim for 30 complete days so to make tracking easy, we can just say, day 1 complete. Going to start my workout now.

I was but I'm doing this instead. I'm going to restart on mon and come up with a new way of tracking, there is a llot of room for crossover though.

I will call this the "Betty Grable" workout, because she was super inspiring to me this week. So everyday we will have 10 minutes of cardio either in the morning or evening, Four times a week we will have an additional 30 minutes of cardio, odd days, we will do 40 crunches and 40 arm exercises, your choice. even days 40 lunges and 40 squats, for those "million dollar legs". here's how we'll track it,
0/310 (morning) 0/600 (cardio) evens 0/680 squats 0/680 lunges
0/310 (morning) 0/600 (cardio) evens 0/680 crunches 0/680 arms
Let's do this
