Re-started Insanity (you know, like P90X) yesterday! I started the program during the summer but it was too hard on the body (not to mention time consuming) after my long training runs that I only did the program for around 4 weeks. Trying it again (this time with my sister). Our plan is to workout together on Monday & Tuesdays but we're on our own for the rest of the week.
Super excited to get started again!
