The windmill is one of my favorite moves. It's a total body moving that really engages your core (especially obliques) while also working your arm and lower body. Try a heavier weight if you've mastered the move but aren't feeling the challenging of it. Good luck!

I didn't do the video for day 15 but worked in the yard sawing down trees and digging up roots. The total body challenge was indeed a challenge! Loved the kettlebell style workout, although it was pretty fast paced. I thought the constant squatting would get me, but I did it fine. The "windmill" was a move I'd never seen before and was a little confused over. What exactly is it working? The floor work was actually fun as well. Looking forward to doing this workout again.
