There isn't one specifically for February, but there are other challenges you could do. I'm doing this DVD as my February challenge and then for March I want to start a 5k training program to see if I can do it. One of my cousins wants me to do a 5k with her later this year if I am able to.
I screwed up yesterday...thought Day 19 was a rest day! I knew today was TBC round 2 and was dreading it all day. Not looking forward to the workout. Someone who has done it twice, please tell me it isn't as bad the second time around!
