I too was quite surprised that I could make it through the 42 minute workout on the modified following Jewel ofcourse. I agree the time does pass by fast and I love its something new everyday. I plan on keeping doing this until I can get up to the hardest level.

I do have to say that I don't agree with you emoticon

However, I DID make it through the whole thing.emoticon
During the first 15 minutes or so, I had to keep reminding myself to follow Jewel, even though I wanted to do the more advanced moves, so that I would be able to make it through the whole thing - after that, I didn't have to try to remember, it was all I could do to keep up with the "easy" options.emoticon

I "skipped" the first rest day of this week, as I won't have time for a 45 minute workout tomorrow - so I'll take that day as a rest, and just do the first two easy workouts on the Fit, Firm, and Fired Up! DVD.
Also, I think I'll switch Day 14 to Friday, so that I can take Saturday as an "easy" workout day as well.

When I first saw the length of the workout on day 12, I was a little scared. But doing the exercise was awesome!!! I loved it and it's been the best exercise I've had in a long time. I love the way Coach Nicole changes everything up so you don't feel the time passing at all.

I'm looking forward to that day 28. I bet it will feel awesome and the time will go by super fast!

Also, there are 3 rest days or cross training days for week 2. What I did was go back to week 1 and do some of the shorter workouts on the rest days. I still gave myself one rest day a week no matter what.
