I will also aim for 900 minutes. I got a good start yesterday with a three hour trail run. Good luck to everyone and don't be afraid to go over your goal.

I will challenge myself with 900 more minutes for this month. I WILL MAKE THIS, POSSIBLY MORE.
2/16 - 80 (50 cardio, 30 strength)
2/17 - 203 (193 cardio, 10 strength)
2/18 - 91 (61 cardio, 30 strength)
2/19 - 30 (cardio) - not feeling up to par today, cut back
2/20 - 63 (33 cardio & 30 strength) - over 1/2 way there!
2/21 - Severe low back pain and Rt shoulder pain
2/22 - 60 (walking - stores, fast pace)
2/23 - 62 (32 cardio, 30 strength) - funeral
2/24 - 40 (cardio) funeral
2/25 - 199 (169 cardio,30 strength)
2/26 - 109 (109 cardio)

Challenge yourself with exercise minutes. We are halfway through February. Challenge yourself with the number of fitness minutes you will complete by the end of this month. There are 14 days left in February. Challenge yourself and post your estimated number of minutes here. Then, at the end of the day on February 29th, come back and see if you met your challenge!
