As my name implies, I am a clogger (dancer) from So. GA. I go over our dance routine about twice a day on most days. I walk a little over a half a mile, then run the rest of the way back home on the days I don't dance. Some past foot surgery slows me down somewhat, but I don't plan to stop any time soon. I think everyone should dance! I also square dance, waltz, slow dance and do the Texas Two Step! Very good workout!

I walk between 20 to 30 miles per week with my hyper active dog! The house work, and yard work always feels more intense. I have an elliptical machine I jump on too for 1/2 an hour at a time. Sometimes I feel even this is not enough but I just can't squeeze any more time out of the day!
