Wow it's been a while since I check in here. I'm still up on the weight. I'm trying the August #backontrack challenge but it isn't making much difference. I've got to convince myself that I can eat less and be satisfied. I read a blog yesterday that I think was saying that if you can stand being a little hungry from reducing portions for three days the hunger will go away and you can live with the reduced amount of food. I'm seriously going to give it a try. I don't feel like I'm eating any differently than I have been but I keep gaining slowly but surely. I'm going to try to reduce portions and see if I have actually been eating more than I used to.

I am not a weigher/measurer but I may have to start.

Finally lost the water weight from the last week. was down to 188.2 yesterday but up to 189.2 today. I didn't do much of anything yesterday but I did get my water in. Hopefully today is better.

The reunion wasn't good to me. I've been over 190 since I got home. I know part of it was that I didn't drink water like I should have but I ate totally wrong. I spent a lot of time in the kitchen and didn't get through the food line until last. Much of the time the foods I should have been eating were already gone. I ate a lot of carbs and not too many veggies. I'm starting on the August challenge and hopefully will get this weight off plus some. I need to rid myself of about 15 pounds to be where I was two years ago. I will do it. I want to get it done before it gets cold again. I know all I have to do is watch my portions and stay away from desserts even if they don't contain sugar.

Well I was pleased with the camping results. I didn't have service at Ground Hog so I had to try to remember what I ate. I think I must have done a pretty good job since I was down just a little this morning. I was at 187.2, not much but at least I didn't gain like I thought I would. Should be okay today. Tomorrow is Square Dance Potluck and Tom Roper Dance. Friday we are barbequing for Duane and Misty's birthdays. Hopefully I can stay down.

Last Thursday I was down to 184.2. WOW!!! It didn't last long. This morning I'm at 187.4. Too much Reunioning. this week probably won't be too good either since we are going camping on Wednesday through Saturday. We'll just see.

Last Friday I was down to 185.4 lowest in a while. Went on our anniversary trip and forgot to take water pill one day only up to 186.4 this morning. Hopefully the water weight will come off today and I'll be back down to where I was last week.

This has got to stop. 190.6 this morning. I know part of it is water because I was off 3 days and I don't drink as much when I'm not at work because we are always going somewhere and I don't want to have to worry about finding a bathroom all the time. I's still fitting okay into 14s so it isn't too bad yet but they are tighter than they were before. I will not go bigger I refuse to.

Well I was done to 186.4 and now right back were I was at me last post. I've really got to figure out something to get back down to 180 or below. That is where I want to be but I don't think that is where my body want me to be. I know it isn't much but psychologically the lower weight makes a big difference.

Really bad week, horrible day yesterday. Migraine and ate every thing in sight, probably over 2000 calories. I don't usually do that. gained all but one day this week. Hopefully next week will be better. I've got to get this 8 to 10 pound off before it drives me crazy. just need to make myself leave the snacks alone and it will go away.

I really like the scale this morning 185.2. The WII was just mean all the way around 187.6 and 31 year old. I did really well on the test so I don't know what was going on. I guess he's having a bad day. Today is Duane's last day at John Deere.

Way too busy to get all the ususal stuff done. Spring Fling, Ag Expo. Tommy's Birthday Party etc. The weekend wasn't good to me. In spite of the exersise I gained 3.5 pounds. The way I've been going to the bathroom this morning I'll bet I lose most of it by morning.

Over 190 for 3 days. This will change.

So much for the below 31 BMI. I was up over .5 from Friday. The scale went up over 3 pounds. I didn't eat that much but I don't think I got all the water I should have on Sunday. I made bread, cinnamon rolls and venisn and noodles on Saturday and ate more than I should have. Especially the cinnamon rolls, although, I made them with brown sugar a log of any kind of real sweetner makes me retain water. Oh well. tomorrow is another day. I was 188 today, at least it wasn't 189 or 190. I think I'm actually losing a little.

Up to 189 today. my bad food choice are catching up with me. I really have to get on the stick and eat right for a little while. I doubt it would take me a month to get this 5 to 10 pound off if I would just quit eating all the wrong snacks. My meals are okay it is the snacking that gets me. I guess I just need to quit snacking for a while.

Wow it's been 4 days. I don't know why but I guess it really doesn't matter. This morning I was at 187.4 down about 2 pounds from Monday. Been eating well and a little extra exercise. walked for the past two days maybe it is paying off. All this in spite of a sore foot on the right side and a sore hip on the left.

188.2 this morning but I decided I'd start the water pills again this morning I think I really need them all I did all day was go to the bathroom. We were in Durango just window shopping and it seemed like I had to go at least every 1/2 hour I really don't think it was that often but I got rid of a lot of water today. We'll see in the morning.

I need sleep badly and to be able to go to the bathroom very constipated been having trouble with it off and on for the last few years (since taking pain meds for back). I think if I could get some of that straight I would feel alot better.

188 today. I quit taking the water pill to see what would happen I guess I can tell now that it may have been a bad idea. I'm going to try for a few more days and see if I keep retaining water without the pill or if my body adjusts.

That is great. I have never been over 130 except three times and once when I was pregnant. I was 127.8 this morning.

Lora, you and UI seem to be in the same boat. Please just stick with it. At least it is only a portion of the total weight you've gotten rid of. I am frustrated with not losing and in fact gaining a little but at least I'm still down over 50 pound from where I started 2 1/2 years ago. This is the longest I've ever maintained significant weight loss in many years.

Todays weight was down a bit from yesterday I was at 185.6 this morning.

I so agree I am in high in 128's and it is driving me nuts I so want to be back at 124 like I was this time last year. I want to be 118 or 120. Maybe I am supposed to be but I want to be at least get down to 124 where I was. I would hit 122 sometiems but go back up to 124. I am so frustrated.
