I am not new to Spark but new to Wednesday weigh in, after disappointment and a fall out over the xmas holidays I'm more then ready to kick my butt back into gear....

Starting weight ( March 2013) -320lbs
Just before the holidays-266lbs

Well, it's Wednesday morning. This morning's weigh in made me emoticon . Two days ago I was down 3 pounds. Now I'm back up 3 pounds. I'm a bit bewildered because I thought I was doing everything well this week in spite of having lots of arthritis and fybromyalgia pain.

Yay! I have 2.5lbs to be at my pre summer weight! Then it's only 15.5lbs before I'm at goal! This is impressive because I was just terrible last week for diet and exercise. Wooh metabolism!

This is the 3rd time I am starting Sparks! I must say, I guess I have made some progress, the first time I started I was 234.5!!

I'm hoping, like everyone else, this weekly weigh-in will keep me more accountable to myself.

I've been "heavy' all my life and it's time to change!!! I realize I'm not getting any younger (in years) so it's time to get the rest of my body in the shape that my mind thinks it's in!

I am new to being back to SP after a 25 pound loss about 2 years ago. I have regained 17 of those pounds and in the last week have recommitted to being healthy again.

My initial weigh in last Wed. 9-4-2013 was 166.4. I am hoping to see a reduction on the scale at my wi tomorrow.

At TOPS weigh-in Wednesday I didn't show any loss....still 204.5, but at home I was 203...and I seem to be holding there so that's what I am reporting. Must be hitting some kind of plateau, but have some good ideas, change-ups for July. I am so looking forward to getting below 200.

I only lost .4 lbs from last week. Haven't been as vigilant as I have been this past week. No excuses. Thankful I didn't gain because I felt like I had. emoticon

Okay so this is NOT a good weigh in. I have been off track for a while and I weighed in today to get a reality check and to see just where I am beginning.

I am at 317.8 which is up 8.4 pounds! I am not happy but I am not beating myself up. I am just going to move forward from here!

Halloween today. I weighed in at 138.25 pounds. The diet starts today. I intend to weigh less on January 1st than I do today. I did this same thing a year ago and lost 19.75 pounds over the holidays instead of gaining.
