I was sure it would be more since I did water aerobics three times this week, stayed on track with all my food, and did a little walking (have to use a walker). I will be weighing in on Saturday morning. Kind of excited to see results. Tried to stay from scale all this week. Was very tempted this morning to weigh, but I drank some water to remind me that I should not do it.

CNUGIN: It is good that you can recognize what you need to do to improve your results.

I am so proud of myself for losing 1.3 pounds in two weeks especially because I stayed in a hotel for a week which meant that I ate restaurant meals three times a day.

I started WW meetings in October and went from 195.2 to 186.8. Struggled for a few weeks, didn't feel I was getting enough support to justify the $$$$$. I stopped WW and weighed in today at 184.5

Hello everyone! I have just joined this team! emoticon

I started at 172.18 pounds - 78.1 kilos last Saturday and I'm here to report a loss of 3.97 pounds - 1.8 kilos during this week! I'm VERY happy about this as this also means that my thyroid is working well with the current medication for my body to respond so well to my healthier eating! emoticon

I am horrified to say I gained "8" lbs. over the holidays. I follow (at least most of the time) a very low carb diet and I totally blew that off. This is what I get! Kicking myself but at the same time, getting right back up and starting fresh. Didn't make my 5% goal. emoticon

Hi I am new to the team, started SP on 10/15/13 and weighed 289 but wasn't able to do much exercise. This morning I weighed 270, 19 lbs lost and more to go, my ideal weight would be 130 but I would be happy with 140.

I've been a emoticon for quite a while. But I would Never listen to what anyone was saying about eating to much. I finally made the decision to make this my GOAL, to log on every Saturday Morning at 10 AM and "have a meeting" and get weighed in! Just like in real Life. After all You all Are REAL Life, Right? So today I am 243, down from 258 on October 31. emoticon I want to be 135, 145 is ok though. That's it, C U liter!
