At my weight loss goal for this week (-2 lbs). I added 35-40 minutes of cardio a day on my Octane elliptical machine level 6 burning at least 450 calories. I plan to move up to a daily 500 calorie burn next week, perhaps level 7 will help me increase the calorie burn within the same time frame.

Could not weigh in yesterday as I could not make a BM in the morning before breakfast so had to change my weigh in day to today. Was happy when I got on the scale this morning because I was down one pound, out of the 170's

I am almost at my weight loss goal weight but I want to be an influence for others. I have been over weight all of my life and for the first time ever I am in the "healthy weight" category. In my weight loss journey I have had to deal with pain due to Fibromyalgia and I also have had spinal surgery. I want to help those who think that they can't.... You can! I would like to loose another 6 pounds to make 50 pounds but I also need to maintain.

I can't remember when or where to weigh in, but I've been a member of SP for 2 weeks and I have lost 7 pounds during those 2 weeks. I have lost a total of 67 pounds since Thanksgiving day. I'm grateful I found SP and all of the great people here to help me get back on track WE CAN DO THIS!

So excited, weight is down 3 pounds and I've lost 5 inches! This past week I have given 100% to the program hence the results.
