I am almost at my weight loss goal weight but I want to be an influence for others. I have been over weight all of my life and for the first time ever I am in the "healthy weight" category. In my weight loss journey I have had to deal with pain due to Fibromyalgia and I also have had spinal surgery. I want to help those who think that they can't.... You can! I would like to loose another 6 pounds to make 50 pounds but I also need to maintain.

I can't remember when or where to weigh in, but I've been a member of SP for 2 weeks and I have lost 7 pounds during those 2 weeks. I have lost a total of 67 pounds since Thanksgiving day. I'm grateful I found SP and all of the great people here to help me get back on track WE CAN DO THIS!

weight 256 down 1 lb from start weight, but lost the 21 lbs I gained after getting hit crossing the street by a pick-up truck. was really sick this past week didn't weigh in last weekend.

Weighed 257lbs today, down to the weight I was before the accident. Now it's time to get started, maybe the concussion center can help me decide what exercises I can do to protect my head and keep me from getting dizzy.

I was 258.4 Saturday morning haven't weighed in for a long time. After my accident I gained 21 pounds, now I'm starting again. I have lost most of the 21 pounds, but still have a ways to go. Wish everyone a safe and healthy holiday.

Finally, 161 after 2 weeks of nothing. But, I just read an article about increased exercise levels causing increased water retention until your muscles are use to the level you are using them. Very happy! emoticon
