Quiet... If you are stuck or on a Plateau, jump off of it! Change things up a bit! Try to change what you are eating! Change your workout if you can! I have been plateauing for 3 days now...after lose a couple tenths here and there! I am changing my workout and my eating today! Then I'll check it again in a couple of days! Good Luck.

I'm down 1.2 #'s I'm doing a happy dance! emoticon (Zumba)
I'm flying today, again! Added 30 minutes a day of more exercise.... LUCY emoticon loves it! REALLY counting sodium levels! It's all working! HOW RU? I can't believe it, cottage cheese is SO high in sodium, Non Fat is my "go to food!" Also, 1 corn chip is 20 count them, 20 per chip! WOW! I eat the REAL ones, but still, 20 per chip?!?! emoticon

Didn't get on the scale this morning and have already had breakfast, will weigh tomorrow morning. However, yesterday while crossing the street was hit by a pick-up truck have multiple contusions, bruises and abrasions but thankfully no broken bones. I hope swelling doesn't weigh to much I was doing good I think.

Well, finally, I've managed to maintain now for a good solid 6 weeks! That has been one of my hardest things to do, almost even harder than losing. I'm back, was without telephone and internet for 1 &1/2 months due to storms and having trouble finding the problem. I am unhappy with myself because I slipped and gained the four lbs I lost plus three more. Hopefully back on track now.
