Well, not a big surprise that I had a gain this week. A long weekend at home, eating whatever was available, not exercising...it adds up to a gain of 1 lb this week. Back on track as of this past Wednesday. I know next week will be better.

2# over my goal & it is scary!!!! Lot's of traveling this last 3 weeks in hotels.... home for awhile, maybe I can "get back to normal"! STILL exercising more than usual.... it's the food in restaurants, even though I ask, it doesn't always come out that way!

Down one pound from last week. I finished my 4th week of my "11 weeks to summer" in which I hope to lose 11 pounds and get into the 160ville. So far I'm right on schedule with 4 pounds lost in 4 weeks. Not very fast - but I'm happy with that. Slow and Steady wins the race.

Hello all, I kind of fell off the planet for a while there, with school, and being away from home,and end-of-fiscal craziness at work. Now the craziness has lessened (to regular craziness) and school is DONE, so I'm back to get on track. I am slightly above my start weight today, at 148.4, but that is down 0.6 from last week, and down 2.6 total from the week before, so I'm happy to see the numbers going down again.
This week's goals: 1. Drink 12 glasses of water daily 2. Plan healthy meals and stick to plan 3. Exercise 6/7 days (Sunday to Saturday).
I'll check in next week to let you know how I'm doing. I hope y'all will come back and let me know how YOU are! Jen

A little above goal this week... It's been fluctuating all week! I'm doing different exercises, they do not take as much energy as Zumba! I am off to it, right now! I NEED a sweat workout!

I am AT goal again! I DO like to be a little under. I am at the point, now, that I can tell what my weight is with in half a pound! I keep trying to go lower, but I just get too hungry all the time. I'm still ZUMBing & that kind of intense exercise. I guess I need the extra veggies & nuts & seeds, while I'm working out so much!

I stayed the same this week! Not surprising, after a 3+# release!
I'm still learning about raw foods! I LOVE the Lara bars, I've only had 1, so far. I'm still following the Raw Foods Detox Diet book. Feels GReAT! I'm on level #3. (Raw all day & cooked for supper) Seems to work for me! Raw cashews! I love them! So tasty! I log everything, even the Green Lemonaid. Delicious!

I am on the way as well, very slowly, as I didn't do well with wo's this week (well, I started off slow, no wo Monday) and my eating last weekend wasn't great either... So, I'm down 0.4 today, which is a start. This weekend will be better, and I'm sure it will be reflected next Friday.

I am down 3.8 pounds this week! I've released 6 pounds since I started my new detox book, 1-28-13 THE RAW FOOD DETOX DIET! I passed right by my highest goal. I KNOW this is allot of weight, quickly, but I was 'guided' to follow this book! I am feeling really GREAT & clean, for a lack of a better word! I am not doing an extreme version of this program, mostly just not mixing fruits with ANYTHING, waiting 30 minutes before eating, again. PLUS I am not mixing starches with proteins, at all.
