When I began my transition to maintenance, I began weighing daily, rather than weighing weekly on Sundays. It seemed the prudent thing to do and posting daily here with the Virtual Weigh-In team has been supportive of my process.

I entered maintenance in June 2014 and have been participating in maintenance challenges with the At Goal & Maintaining + Transition to Maintenance team.

Our most recent challenge began November 9 and concluded January 12. My goal was to keep my weight within +/- 3% of my chosen center weight, 129 lbs, which gave a range of 132.87 lbs - 125.13 lbs.

The new challenge begins January 20 and will conclude March 23. I have reduced my center weight to 126.5 lbs which means my new range will be 130.295 lbs - 122.705 lbs and I will be working to keep my weight within that range.

Spark People Team Leader, GLITTERGIRL, from Team, "I Can't Do This On My Own", helped me reach my goal in 2012. I was able to maintain my weight for several months, but now I have to get serious again as much of my hard work I let go of, putting my focus on another issue. I will keep on, until I get back to my goal.

When I began my transition to maintenance, I began weighing daily, rather than weighing weekly on Sundays. It seemed the prudent thing to do and posting daily here with the Virtual Weigh-In team has been supportive of my process.

I entered maintenance in June 2014 and have been participating in maintenance challenges with the At Goal & Maintaining + Transition to Maintenance team.

Our most recent challenge began November 9 and concluded January 12. My goal was to keep my weight within +/- 3% of my chosen center weight, 129 lbs, which gave a range of 132.87 lbs - 125.13 lbs.

The new challenge begins January 20 and will conclude March 23. I have reduced my center weight to 126.5 lbs which means my new range will be 130.295 lbs - 122.705 lbs and I will be working to keep my weight within that range.

I was able to maintain my weight for several months, but now I have to get serious again as much of my hard work I let go of, putting my focus on another issue. The new challenge begins January 20 and will conclude March 23. I have reduced my center weight to 126.5 lbs which means my new range will be 130.30 lbs - 122.71 lbs and I will be working to keep my weight within that range.
