Well hopefully an April Fools Prank from my scale to me...

April 1~307.1lbs * changed my weigh in time and place could have something to do with a 7lb gain over night and I didn't sleep well last night, so just going to ignore this unless it continues then I have a problem*

Current Goal: My goal is to keep the 7-day average of my daily scale weights between 122.22 lbs and 129.78 lbs. This weight range is from a current Maintenance Challenge with the At Goal & Maintaining + Transition to Maintenance Team and is +/- 3% of my chosen center weight of 126.0 lbs. NOTE: Fitness activity remains limited (especially weight bearing cardio) following injury on March 13. Will continue with reduced calorie/nutritional ranges until fitness activity can be safely increased.

UPDATE: Injury apparent following run on March 13. Calorie and Nutritional Ranges adjusted accordingly. Fitness activity ceased until advised otherwise by health care professional. Cleared to stretch on March 15. Told by doc to expect 12 week recovery period before I can even begin to think about running again. No cardio activity from March 13 - March 28. After injury first walk occurred on March 29.

Current Goal -- keep the 7-day Average (Sunday through Saturday) of daily scale weights between 122.705 lbs and 130.295 lbs. This range is from a current maintenance challenge with the At Goal & Maintaining + Transition to Maintenance team. (...thru March 23...New challenge begins March 30.)

The day-to-day weight fluctuations can cloud an overall downward trend. When I look at your data I see a downward trend. Keep working to find what supports you and your process best.

Current Goal -- keep the 7-day Average (Sunday through Saturday) of daily scale weights between 122.705 lbs and 130.295 lbs. This range is from a current maintenance challenge with the At Goal & Maintaining + Transition to Maintenance team. (...thru March 23...New challenge begins March 30.)

UPDATE: Injury apparent following run on March 13. Calorie and Nutritional Ranges adjusted accordingly. Fitness activity ceased until advised otherwise by health care professional. Cleared to stretch on March 15. No cardio activity from March 13 - present.
