161.2--down a pound!! woo hoo! I was surprised considering last week was totally messed up! Bible school interfered with my usual workout and provided too many opportunities to eat unhealthy, unmeasured food! Plus birthdays and Fathers' day meals with family. I guess I didn't do too shabby!

Not quite sure how to work with this forum but here is my first post and weigh-in today: 107.0 this am. Weight loss seems easy compared to long term maintenance. Doing a lot of reading and research to find exercise and diet ideas and options to mix things up and keep me on track.

Yay!!!! So nice to see some of the work paying off!!!! Sick of that stupid plateau I was stuck on so made a major diet change (for me anyway!!!) and started eating salads every day for lunch and really lightening up my suppers. For our treat night out, my husband gets chinese and I order Subway :-). Keeping it healthy....
So thankful for SP and really encouraged by reading all your accounts of weight loss victories :-) You guys rock emoticon emoticon

Forgot to post last week, but I actually saw 159!!! After the weekend I had, I'm glad that there was only a 1lb gain :-) Time to get back to eating right and working out....only 10lbs left to go, plus I feel SO much better when there is no junk food and crap :-)

Goals:

175 - 5lbs lost!! Reward; something from Amazon wishlist (DONE 8/23/12)
170 - 10lbs lost!! Reward; pedicure (DONE 11/1/12)
160 - 20lbs lost!! Reward; mani/pedi (DONE 3/29/13)
150 - 30lbs lost!! Reward; makeover to celebrate the NEW me :-)

Tuesday weigh in:

5/21/13 188#. Up three pounds. I did not stick with my plan - pizza night threw me off on Thursday and I didn't recover well. I think the 3# is mostly related to sodium yesterday and water weight but I wasn't expecting a loss because I didn't stick with my plan. But I told myself I was going to track my weight honestly, and I'm going to stick with that. Unfortunately I have a habit of saying "that can't be right", not tracking it and slipping further into denial.
