I havent exercised the last couple of days because I don;t feel well but I have 765 so far this month. I am trying to get 1000 for November, I am doing water aerobics, dvds at home and a stationary bike with an occasiional walk thrown in.

I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

How many can we get in a day, week month??

Come here to list how many minutes you have gotten in today. What did you do to get those minutes? How did you motivate yourself to get up and MOVE??
