Today is February 26th and I have not yet lost any weight however I feel much more energetic since beginning to work out. Progress not perfection is what I seek. emoticon

I just want to be healthy and happy and being big like I am is weighing me down emotionally and physically. Its time for a change.

I UNDERSTAND BECAUSE I ONLY LOST 1 ALSO.....BUT LOOK WHAT 1 REPRESENTS 3500 CAL.. WHEN YOU LOOK AT IT LIKE THAT A POUND IS A LOT.:-)

Got mixed up on what day it was so missed yesterday & am weighing today instead. Am disappointed that I only lost 1 pound but it is still better than nothing I guess. emoticon
