congratulations to both of you for the loss. I might confuse people a little in hear now,,but according to my tracker my weight is down to 375 but my scale was a little wacky,,,guess I got excited for nothing.. last week I weighed and my weight was actually 391,,,quite a bit of difference,,,but this week I weighed and it is 387.2 so at least I am still going down,,,it will just take time to catch up to the tracker LOL.

I remember Jan.......I will be watching your progress as well as my own. It's nice to connect with the same people. There seems to be a consistent group in this team. I'm not really posting too much on the weekends, always too busy. Get a few minutes here and there at work and that's when I need the support the most...............great cake in the staff room, walked out of the room.

Be Well!

Thanks so much for this tip:-) Well done with the weight loss:) Really enjoying this - having an aim for weight loss and just being AWARE for the 1st time, planning and measuring meals and exercise:)

Way to go on the loss. Be careful with the apples.....(I love them too)........they are sugar loaded........oranges are much better for sugar content. I weighed in today and lost 4 lbs. of pure fat so very happy with today's results. We'll both keep going...........

Last week I weighed in at 73.8 kilos and have weighed again1 week later and now I weigh 72.5 kgs. I thought that was not much to lose, but I am thinking that actually it might be a good start! The best thing is managing my eating- I have carrots and apples on my desk to snack on and that is helping a lot, now need to start drinking more water:) I need to be mindful too:)
