YES IT DOES , I HAVE ALSO JUST BEGUN THAT IS WHY I MADE MY GOAL SHORT HELPS ME ..:-) WELCOME AND HOPE WE ALL HAVE A GREAT WEEK. I LOVE THE PART ABOUT PUTTING IT DOWN EVEN IF IT IS BAD I HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT ONE.:-)

It's definitely hard to see the finish line, when you've just started. It seems like such a big goal to lose 50 pounds, I have to break it down into goals I can meet. This weeks goals are: to the gym at least 4 times and drink my water. Plus I must track my food, I put everything on my food diary, even if I consider it a bad food, I track it and if I haven't gone over my calories for the day, it can't be that bad a food.

make your goals reachable not a dream. make plans you can do and stick with. my goals were always to hard for me to reach in the short term of things. I would not stick to them

I had to sit down yesterday and re-evaluate everything. So now I am on a1550cal a day plan with 6 days of exercise and most of all track calories everyday on spark. began the 8-week slim- down challenge from everyday health and aiming for 12-16lbs weight loss in those 8 weeks.

Well it is ok becaue you knew it would be another thing if it hit you in the face..
i stayed on point i am 177.2 from 180.4.. so this is a great week i just need to keep it up.:-)
we will both look to be down next week....
