Hi. Listen to the coach. I don't know about you, but I am not defined as a number on the scale. Do you take your measurements monthly? I take mine every other month because I lose so slow. How is your energy, sleep, how do your clothes fit? Do you feel better for eating healthier? Those all out weigh the scale IMHO.

Remember our weight is not a static number. In fact studies show that our weight can vary by as much as 7 pounds in the course of a single day that has nothing to do with 'real' fat gain. This is why it is important not to consider a single day as a success or lack thereof and why it is important to have other means for measuring your progress such as your clothes.
