I did the same thing. Went an a 14 day trip - Pittsburgh, New York, Virginia and just got home 2 days ago. Have not been tracking regularly and just really started back exercising yesterday. Will weigh tomorrow. Wish me luck.

I missed last Monday's weigh-in and so made a point of anxiously stepping on the scale. I was feeling guilty for not tracking regularly and checking in with SparkPeople. My weight was up a bit but the result was better than I had expected. I have to make SP a priority as it is really about making me a priority. This is my declaration of getting back on track and not worrying about the last few weeks.
My weight today is 144.9 and I feel great about it because I know that I am moving in the right direction no matter what the scale says.
