great job slim,,,keep up the good work and don`t let the scale bother you,,,I keep telling myself that cuz today acoording to the scale I am up 4 pounds but I put on a pair of pants that were kind of tight around the hip area, well now they are looser and they come up higher on my waist,,so I felt better,,,maybe next week the scale will catch up LOL. It does`nt matter all that much though because I still need to keep watching what I eat even when I get to the weight I want to be,,just to stay healthy. Sue

And you are absolutely right...weight loss is not a linear process. In other words there may be some weeks where we lose, some weeks we gain and other weeks where we maintain the same, but it is what happens over the long term that counts.
