Jenae, don't get discouraged. A 3 pound gain can be anything, as already noted. I can watch my weight go up and down over a day's time, just based on what I ate. This weekend there was a jar of pasta sauce, that's too much sodium, so I could feel my ankles get tighter. I know that's not real weight, so I just avoid sodium for a few days and it gets better.

2.4 pounds is an excellent weight loss. A 3 pound gain can be water retention PMS or hormones. Don't stress about it, just continue to stay on track this week.

Don't get discouraged on a 3 pound gain, it could be a lot of different things. Water retention being the biggest culprit.

Yes! Down 2.4 lbs in the last week. I'm feeling that Spark again! emoticon

During the week, I realized that I was very stressed about having house guests more than I realized. I couldn't figure out why it was soooo difficult to stay with my tracker over the last couple of months (ever since I knew I was going to have visitors). Now the guests are gone and I feel stronger and did great staying on track last week.

I want to do it again!
