Back on the horse. Went out today and bought 3 days worth of food from the meal planner and cook it all and have it ready to go cause I have to work the next 2 days, and having it ready makes it alot easier to stick to the diet. On Fri I will go again and get the rest for when I go back to work. Still need to get my 15min in today for my marathon training, but I am going to check into a tae kon do class tonight. Imagine me at 62 doing that! My enthuism is going strong and I hope I can count on every one to support me and check in.
