Hello everyone, Back on the horse. Went out today and bought 3 days worth of food from the meal planner and cook it all and have it ready to go cause I have to work the next 2 days, and having it ready makes it alot easier to stick to the diet. On Fri I will go again and get the rest for when I go back to work. Still need to get my 15min in today for my marathon training, but I am going to check into a tae kon do class tonight. Imagine me at 62 doing that! My enthuism is going strong and I hope I can count on every one to support me and check in. Love this site
Good luck I am a month in have lost 2kg I always lose weight slow. But I am loving this site it is wonderful so helpful. At the moment because of medical conditions I am following a food combining eating plan and it is great to be able to track what I am eating and making sure that it is still balanced.
