Hi everyone this is my 2nd day on this site and I am totally lost but I need help I have no motivation I AM SO TIRED went to bed at midnight got up at 5 this morning worked until 4 now I am ready to crash please help me figure out how I can energize to exercise

and don't forget there is a food tracker and a fitness tracker and alot of other resources on this website. You don't only have to post your weight once a week. There is alot of help and I find that it helps me stay on track. I hope you like it here.
OK...deep breath...starting today! First weigh in at 170 even....ugh. Knee surgery de-railed exercise for a while, but my brain de-railed my eating!! Have had success in the past with Weight Watchers, but appreciate the free aspect of this program, since money is tight :-) Hoping my accountability to post my weight each week will give me the kick in the pants I need!
