Last Monday weigh in 8/18/2014 155 lbs. Today 8/25/2014 155.8 lbs. Goal was reached
157 lbs on 9/1/2014 I so want next week to be a terrific one and not so close, or over to finish the year with a bang. It would break my heart to go over after a full year of being under goal. Oh no I won't stop. Always new goals to conquer and maintain. emoticon if we emoticon

I checked in with the wrong weight last week 190#. That was my fully clothed weight for my Biggest Loser work competition. Last week, 187.2#. This week, 186.0#. Down 1.2# and that's with a trip to the state fair! Feeling pretty good about that. emoticon
