Good plan, Janice! I miss my NY stairs. Everything is on one floor in FL, so have to get out and hike what hills (slight slopes) are available. Know what you mean about those creeping pounds. Looking to put a stop to it at my house!

Hello everyone, I am new to the group today. Weight has been creeping up on me one pound at a time. I kept telling myself "as long as I don't go over___". Then when I went over I would say to myself, as long as I don't get up to_____. Now my jeans don't fit, can't button the bottom button on my blouses and I just don't feel good. So no more excuses! I refuse to get bigger clothes. Time to do something about it.

Goal for the week...no soda (diet or not) and using the stairs at work everyday (I work on the 7th floor)

Here i am, back again. I guess it is time to do my whole body measuring again so I will try to get that done before the end of the day. At least I did my new weigh-in for this week and still going - slowly- down. like my macular degeneration emoticon emoticon emoticon , slowly is better than fast LOL
I am not sure how to register my fitness minutes but it is always at least 300 mins a week and sometimes even more. How do I post it? Sorry, I am old!

I'm down just one pound from last week. That marks the end of a three-week period where I lost four pounds each week. I'll take it! I've lost 25 pounds total so far.
