I checked in with the wrong weight last week 190#. That was my fully clothed weight for my Biggest Loser work competition. Last week, 187.2#. This week, 186.0#. Down 1.2# and that's with a trip to the state fair! Feeling pretty good about that. emoticon

I'm not LOSING weight. I'm GETTING RID of it. I have NO INTENTION of FINDING it AGAIN.

Ok...1 week down and off to a good start. I have logged in every day and kept track of what I ate, even though I overindulged a few times, I was honest and wrote it down. I exercised a few times this week and I felt really good. I lost 1.9 pounds this week and feel like I am committed to stick to the program.

This week, my goal is to eat healtier and within my goal of under 1300 calories a day. Four days of evercising 30 minutes or more. Hope to see the scale shift a bit more in my favor, but I know that I am on the right track!

Saturday 8/2/14 - Weight 154.5 - Down 3.5 pounds since starting Spark last week! whoo hoo!

Tuesday 8/5/2014 - Weight 157. Ugh! What happened! I went out of town with hubby for the weekend (fishing trip) and we ate some great fish and chips, pizza and ice cream. All things that blew my diet. I did get a nice 2.5 hour walk on the beach and still did my yoga and T25 workouts - so I thought I would be ok - but oh well. Hopefully I can bounce back this week. Going to eat CLEAN!!!! and keep up my workouts! Wish me luck!

Weigh in day for me. Lost 2 lbs this week. Not bad as I've broken my foot and haven't been able to exercise. Missed my first 5% mini goal by 2 lbs but still extremely happy I've lost 9 lbs since I started. Go me! I was able to fit into my blue shorts again yesterday. Yeah. :)

A little shocked that I lost 5 pounds this week, especially in light of my hurting my knee which reduced the amount of walking I could do, and the fact that I was on a plateu for a few weeks. I hope this trend continues.
