HONEYD2: You don't need a kick, you just need to choose to refocus.. maybe just on one thing? Like eating a little less at each meal? Just a little.. You have lost 50 lbs, YOU are proof you can and deserve to do this. :)

28 lbs to go- Goal 1 is 10/01- 150 lbs. This is my wedding anniversary date. We are going to La Jolla in San Diego, Ca. I really want to look good for my Hubby.

38 lbs to go- Goal 2 is 12/1 38 lbs before holiday party at work and all the Holiday parties. I want to look great. Also- my birthday- I want my 40's to be a healthy me.

I was not posting as I normally do through June 10th through July 5th because I was staying with my Sister who lost her Husband. I'm not finding it easy getting back on track with diet. I'm trying to find the diet that will motivate me as I was in February 2012.
I was so certain I posted my weight last week, but I can't find it, but I did record it in my weight.

Lost 3 lbs this week. Didn't get in as much exercise as I wanted. Spent most of the weekend with a heating pad on my back. Strained a muscle. Feeling super motivated.

I'm determined not to lose the same weight twice so it's keeping me motivated to lose.
