Plateaus are the bullies that want you to fail. good for you for not giving up. I remember so long ago on another WLP far far away..150..didn't move for a good month.. glad I didn't let it destroy my will. or me. plateaus are why people fail and give up. recognizing that its a plateau is the first step to fighting it. My theory is. as long as it doesn't go back up, I can deal with this.

WOO HOO!! Last week I broke a month long plateau and I'm back on track! Down 2.6 lbs putting me at 176! 203 seems so far back! I'm loving it!
