Likes: At night I am the one in charge of the business so I don't have someone constantly telling me what to do, I like to take charge(that is until morning comes and my supervisor arrives..lol) Also, it is quieter and I can accomplish more work with my team. Sometimes on my days off I enjoy being up when everything is quiet in the house and I can do what I want.
Dislikes: Sometimes having to switch gears from night to day on my days off, that is if I want to go somewhere that is only open during day hours. It is a little harder on your body to work this shift that Mother Nature did not intend for us.

LIkes: Better atmosphere, more positive people, More me time, ( I could never work out an hour a day 6 times a week on day shift) my hubby works nights too so family time not an issue too much. Dislikes: the only one I can think of is sleep but I didn't sleep that well on days either when my mind gets going it doesn't matter what shift I'm on.
A day at a time and I will reach my goal. I am not perfect but I will forgive myself for the mistakes I make. Life is full of choices and sometimes we don't always make the best ones but that's what makes us human.
