There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

emoticon on meeting you goal Lita. I didn't see this until Friday. I feel Wednesday night and actually knocked myself out for a few seconds? I hurt my knee and now have a black eye where I hit it against something I guess. Didn't workout yesterday.

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to
tailor your cardio workout to your fitness level. If you are:

*New to Exercise - Try to get in
30 minutes of continuous cardio.

*Have been exercising for a
while (more than a month) - Try to get in 45 minutes of continuous cardio.

*Have been exercising for a long
while - Try to get in 60 minutes of continuous cardio.

YOU CAN DO THIS!
Remember to drink your water, have a nutritious snack afterwards (i.e. yogurt, banana,
pumpkin seeds, etc.), and get in a cool down.

Have a FIT Thursday!
