Well, I walked today. Got in over 5600 steps both out on errands around town and around my apartment.

The day got off to a grand start ... NOT. I took a fall walking downhill the 2.5 blocks to the bus stop. Hit an icy patch and down I went. Landed on my backside and ended up hitting my head on the sidewalk. When I sat up I immediately just sat there for a moment to be sure I was okay, that I wasn't dizzy or in pain. I wasn't so I was able to get back up and continue with the day. Really, I am okay!

Right now I'm beat. Snowed here off/on all day; at times it was nasty. My abdomen is a bit sore from those crunches this week. I'm gonna go hit the hay now. Good Night.

LOL .... Can I?? haha .... It's the 1st of the month! I am almost always out on errands on the 1st! So, yeah, I think I will get in a fair amount of walking around to/fro bus stops, stores, etc. emoticon
