Well, a very slight weight gain this morning. I am not too worried about it. Last week I weighed in at 188.25. This morning it was 188.50. See? Not a biggie, 1/4#.
On a side note, I tried some sit ups & modified push ups before getting ready for errand. Was able to do 10 sit ups and 2 modified push ups. I will try to increase those numbers tomorrow. Did some walking while shopping at walmart, 2374 steps, about .56 miles.
I will be home tomorrow working on various projects around my apartment, laundry being the biggest one!
