emoticon everyone. Spent the afternoon is bed sound asleep. Finally got back up around 5:30 and felt much better. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Thanks. Even had a short run, too. And yes, with my bad knees! Had to run from doctor's office to bus stop to be sure I got the bus that was coming or I would have had to wait another hour!
