When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I went out and bought myself some fresh fruit and flour and yeast so that I can make my own bread. I also got in some exercise while I was shopping. I drank all my water today as well.

Happy Friday to you!!

Today's challenge is to do something to make you feel satisfied:
satisfied with your self that you have spent your time well..

Some examples are:

1-Drink your daily quota of water
2-Do your daily intake of fruits and veggies.
3-Meet you cardio or strength training goal.
4-Stay within your calorie and/or protein range.

You can use one of these or you can make up your own.

Post here to let us know what you did and how you have met your goal.

Have a great Friday!
