emoticon Hope! Forgiveness isn't easy but it does get easier as you get older. So keep on - the fact that you are working on it is great. I am rooting for you. (Recognizing we are not perfect takes courage! Hugs!)

Interesting challenge. I actually encountered yesterday a problem which bugs me today, and is related to confronting people and what they think of me and things I do. Right now I mainly have to deal with it in my mind, and I'm working on it. Forgive - others for what they do, but also myself for not being perfect; dealing with the facts in a more positive way, embracing the situation and learning from it. Really hard for me, every time.

emoticon for the challenge.

Happy Friday to you!

Are you in a place in your life where you need to forgive or confront someone/something and MOVE ON? Is this thing effecting your weight loss efforts? Can you confront this thing (whether in my mind, on the phone, in a letter, etc.) and MOVE ON?

If you aren't dealing with an item like this, GREAT! Your challenge is to think of someone that you haven't said "hello" to in a while and give them a call, send them a card/letter, or send them an e-mail. There is nothing like catching up with those you care about.

FOR ALL: Get in AT LEAST 8 glasses of water today AND take your multi-vitamin.
The weekend is just ahead!

Have a FANTASTIC Friday!
