There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I don't think I burnt 300 calories, but I had a 90 minutes session at the gym - did my best emoticon

According to my fitbit I burned 300 calories before getting out of bed.

Happy Thursday to you!


Your challenge today is to burn off AT LEAST 300 CALORIES.

Here are some
suggestions that can get your body on the move:

*Take the stairs instead of the elevator
*Park your car far out in the parking lot
*Walk or take your bike to work or school
*Walk on your lunch break or after dinner
*Go to the gym
*Do strength exercises while you are waiting for a
commercial to end

You get the idea - GET MOVING and BURN 300 CALORIES!
You can do it!


Remember to work at your level of fitness.
