on the side of the page it shows team stats............click on team leaders and once there click on the ftness and then go back to October and you should see it there i think it is 830 minutes for you?????

I haven't figured out how to check how many cardio minutes I had last month, but I have requested an answer to this question. I am planning on trying to get in more cardio this month.

My October goal was very modest - 600 minutes. I'm pretty happy I actually did it (713 min).
I thought I'd do less because there's so much on my plate lately.
So now for my November fitness minutes goal - 700 minutes. But honestly, as long as I do my minimal 150 min a week I'm calm.
Thanks God for personal training session - it keeps me motivated and accountable like nothing else! emoticon
