There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I always make sure I have a healthy breakfast. I have more fresh fruit and vegetables on hand, and I am trying to eat more salads. I like to snack on baby carrots, radishes and cucumbers or celery.

Happy Thursday to you!

I've been looking into replacing one meal a day with a homemade smoothie. I was doing research a bunch of green superfood brands, and am learning a bunch about what our bodies really need for energy and to keep healthy. That got me to thinking:

Your challenge today is to share what HEALTHY FOODS keep you on track.

*What foods do you look for when trying to stay on track?
*What are your healthy snacks ?
*How do you change your recipes to become healthier versions?
*When you are in desperate need for something chocolate, creamy, salty, etc., what healthier version to you eat instead?
