emoticon Hi I did 50 min of aerobic dance. This included: cardio, flexiblitiy, and strength. Whew!

thanks..........
it used to be 2 hours everyday......
due to medication trials for hypothyroid issues i had to cut back on the type of exercise .....
so now it is the same amount of time but a less strenous.....
