There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

emoticon Hi Everyone, sorry I am late in posting for Wednesday, however, I completely eliminated all processed food for the day! I have to admit, the next day I felt wonderful. So glad we had this challenge.

Happy Wednesday to you!

Your challenge today is to keep a close eye on your consumption of processed foods.
You know which ones these are:

*High Fat
*White Flour
*Low Fiber
*High Salt
*High Sugar

Make an effort to eat:

*High fiber & Whole Grains
*Low Salt/Fructose (simple sugars)
*Lean Proteins
*Low Fat Dairy
*Whole fruits & vegetables

Let's really make an effort to EAT HEALTHY today.
