Happy Weekend to you!

Your challenge this weekend is: PROCRASTINATION ELIMINATION!

What have you been putting off lately? Fall is right around the corner and so id school. Wouldn't it be nice to have everything on your "To Do List" completed before then? What have you been meaning to do? Could it be:

*School supplies and clothes shopping
*Grocery shopping for the lunches
*Cleaning out the oven & refrigerator
*Cleaning the yard
*Paying bills
*Decluttering the house
*Washing the car or dog
*Answering e-mails
*Cleaning the garage

Whatever you have been meaning to do, this Weekend IS THE Weekend TO DO IT.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
