Foods that are rich in calcium help prevent osteoporosis and keep your bones strong.

Can you get in your daily calcium WITHOUT the use of your multi-vitamin today?

What foods are high in calcium? How about:

*Dairy products (i.e. yogurt, milk, cheese, ice cream, etc.)
*Dark green leafy vegetables
*Broccoli
*Sardines, salmon, shrimp
*Soybeans

How will YOU get in your calcium today?
