Your challenge this Weekend is to tackle the area that you have a hard time with (mine is sodium & strength training). It could be:
*Answering your Sparkmail and/or Goodies
*Logging in all your food
*Food related (i.e. getting enough calcium, etc.)
*Exercise related (strength/cardio)
*Attitude related (continually focussing on negatives instead of recognizing your triumphs)
Feel free to share what area you struggle with. Give that area extra attention this Weekend.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
