I bought some salmon burgers at Sam's club and they are only 170 calories per burger. I enjoy them more than a hamburger with a lot less fat and better for you.
We like cranberry sauce mixed with crushed pineapple juice and all mixed together. My husband tried having it over a cut up banana it is a nice filling and really healthy snack, dessert whatever. Teri.

STAY POSITIVE AND SMILE. DON'T BE DISCOURAGED WHEN YOU HAVE A BAD DAY. THEY CAN ONLY GET BETTER.

SUGAR FREE HOLIDAY NOG

1 package (.9oz.) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
7 cups skim milk, divided
1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or rum flavoring
2 to 4 packets artificial sweetener
1 cup evaporated milk

Only I use skim evaporated milk........

Combine pudding mix, 2 cups of milk, vanilla and sweetener in a bowl:
mix according to pudding directions. Pour into a 1\2 gal. container
with a tight fitting lid. Add three cups of milk; shake. Add remaining
milk; shake well. Chill. Nutritional Information: serving size: 1 cup
Calories: 107 Sodium: 187 mg Cholesterol: 1mg Carbohydrates: 15 gm
Protein: 10 gm Fat: 1 gm

Happy Thursday to you!

As you go about changing your unhealthy eating habits to good ones, do you find yourself eating "the same 'ol thing" day in and day out??

Have you found a healthy food or recipe that you just LOVE and would like to share with others?

Your challenge today is to do one or both of the following:

1) Suggest healthy foods that YOU enjoy. You can state the manufacturer, where to buy the item, how to prepare it, etc.

2) Suggest a healthy recipe. What do you like about it? If you have the nutritional information or URL for the recipe, that is even better.

Let's see if we can come away from this challenge with a few great suggestions so we can "mix up our healthy diet".
