Yeah I like videos, I can do it at home, and if I feel I need more, then look into a longer class.

I've done Bikram once (hot yoga) and don't really remember how I did. I'm going to try one of the videos on exercise TV tonight or tomorrow for a beginner and see how it goes. I have the Budokon series (martial arts and yoga mixed) but would like to strengthen my legs more since there are sidekicks, etc involved.

good for meditation, not for cardio or strength. I did notice I'm not slumping as much in my office chair though! Calorie burn is minimal. I will do it again, you feel more centered after. I'm going to try yoga this week also. I'm hoping this cold is on its final leg so I can run tomorrow.

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to try something NEW TO YOU! It can be really anything. Today is about "mixing it up" a bit and trying something altogether different. Suggestions of NEW TO YOU could be:

*Try a new food
*Try a new exercise
*Try a new recipe
*Try a new way of doing your exercise (i.e. add weights, go a different route, etc.)
*Try eating small meals instead of 3 main meals
*Try a new Spark team to join
*Try a night of NO TELEVISION
*Try reading a new website featuring health issues (WebMD, etc.)

What can YOU do that is NEW today? Give it a try. If you complete this challenge, share with the group what you tried. You just might inspire others to try it too!

Have a FANTASTIC Tuesday everyone!
